Hi I live in France and I wwas thinking about buying this HTC Thunderbolt off ebay.com : HTC Thunderbolt 8GB Black Unlocked Smartphone | eBay and I was wondering if I would be able to use it over here. Please answer ASAP. Thanks

Since it's unlocked it can be used anywhere with any carrier.

I'm pretty sure the thunderbolt will only work on CDMA networks. It is not considered a world phone.

The thunderbolt will only work on a cdma carrier. Example Verizon their are a few little local carriers will support it. But verizon is the only main one in the states.
