htc u ultra wont focus

I replaced the back glass on my htc u ultra, and a small piece of foam fell off of the laser autofocus thing, sorry I don't know what its called, but now it can only focus on things really close

Welcome to Android Central! For something like that, I'd recommend bringing the phone to a repair shop (preferably one that's authorized to repair HTC phones).
