HTC U12+ shipping

It amazes me how Amazon can provide a real date but HTC can't. My loyalty is being tested to its limit. If I don't get a proper response from them by the morning I'm cancelling
 
I just spoke with HTC again. The rep this time gave me a ticket number. Said the e-commerce team is taking info from all the people that contacted HTC support from the cancelled orders. He assured me that orders from the cancelled orders will ship in the order they were placed. This rep told me the e-commerce team would contact me once they have a resolution within the next few days.
 
Yeah I'd say it is expensive. I know one of the girls there(I'll have to look her name up) had two iPhone Xs and other phones. So you haven't tried a Pixel phone yet? That might just be the phone to dethrone iOS IMO. They offer a a similar experience as far as updates and security patches being that they get it directly from Google with carrier interference. Smooth and consistent performance as well as the best cameras you could ask for as long as you don't mind third party apps if you enjoy manual options.

Too bad the pixels are butt ugly.

Escalation told me the would call me back Monday.
I was going to get $50 off, Fetch, 3.5 converter and free overnight shipping.
They called this morning, created a new order number.
Said it should go out in 48 to 72 hours and I would have it by the end of the week.
Got notice this morning that HTC shipped from Indiana and would be delivered dby 8:00 PM tomorrow.

HTC site still says all 3 are box shipment - pending fulfillment
However FedEx emailed that it was shipped as I stated above.

What number did you call? The one for digital River? I called today and the guy I spoke with basically told me that I needed to wait and that I would get it when I get it.
 
HTC now says all 3 items have been shipped.
From Indiana not Indianapolis as I mistakenly posted earlier.
 
My phone is also out for delivery in my town, came from Indiana as well yesterday.. Exciting times! Hopefully worth the wait. :)

They should've given 200 bucks off shoot make us happy Lmbo
 
I received mine today but they have shipped it with a European style 2 pin charger rather than the UK style 3 pin charger :(
I've contacted support but I haven't used the phone yet in case they want me to send the whole thing back. Hopefully they will just confirm that they will send out the right charger.

yeah that annoyed me too! When i ordered my dad's phone U11+, it came with two chargers, one EU in the box, and an additional one added to the envelope...

Do please let me know what they say, I want my UK one!
