Htm one m8 sd card won't read

[AC Question]

My phone got broken screen. I took it to Repairer shop, those one couldn't change the screen to start functioning. I was referred to go to HTC outlet, I did so, after repairing what the first guy spoiled which was connector, and fixed the screen. The HTC guy now upgrade my software to 6.0 marshmallow. Now, my proximity sensor, charging led light and my SD card not working anymore. I don't know if it is flex or software issue. please I need advice on what to do.
