HTML Mail

Hello-

Wasn't sure if this had been covered yet. Prior to the ICS update, I was unable to get HTML formatted email (it defaulted to plain text without the option to change it). This happened on 2 exchange mail accounts (one for work and the other for hotmail).

I did the ICS update over these settings and I am unable to change the mail formatting.

Question is... Should I do a factory reset to get this ability to receive HTML formatted email?

Has anyone performed a factory reset and are able to choose mail format?

Just did a factory reset. Unable to select html formatting. Looks like we have a bug that has carried over from the GB version.
