When displaying a page which uses HTML5-video and CCS3 animations I have problems with stuttering on my android devices.
I have tried both Chrome and Firefox.
Are there any settings in the browsers that I can change to increase the performance?
I have tried it on both my Mi Box Android TV which is capable of 4k-video so it should handle a 1080p HTML5-video too?
Also my Huawei Mediapad T2 10 Pro tablet is having the same issue.
Are there any Chrome flags or developer options I can change to increase performance?
