My phone often restarts itself. I don't know what causes that.
Whether browsing the internet, making a call or simply navigating the phone.
It even restarts without using or touching it sometimes.
it often hang for about 5 seconds and automatically restarts.
I did a factory reset but it didn't solve the problem!
Does anybody have the same problem with me?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

That happen from time to time, So I wouldn't be sure!

It can be hard to figure that kind of issue out. You could still use Safe Mode, and do it for more than a day, if possible. I realize that can be difficult if you rely on 3rd party apps, but sometimes it's necessary for a problem that's hard to pinpoint.

I don't think so beacuse I goggled my problem and found someone has the same phone and gets the same problem.
Also some Huawei users face it in another devices.

In that case, it's more likely to be a firmware glitch. See if you can contact Huawei support and let them know--hopefully they can work on a patch.

But most people that I know didn't face that problem, I just found some people suffering from my problem while searching on internet!
Also some people get some firmware glitches in different phones like not having some settings and so on and it get fixed by installing a stock rom
So I want the original firmware because maybe it may fix that problem do you have any links?

Sorry, but I couldn't find any reliable links. Hopefully someone else in the community can help!

It's hard to be 100% certain, but the fact that it's happening in Safe Mode (which prevents all other non-system/non-preinstalled apps from interfering) strongly suggests a firmware problem, or some fundamental problem with one or more of the preinstalled apps.
