Huawei Mate 10 Pro UI Size

Is there any way to decrease the UI size of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro? I've already got View Mode on small and Text Size on small, but notifications and the swipe down bar are still so big. My Mate 9's UI is so much smaller but it has a smaller resolution. If its as small as it goes is there any programs that can make it any smaller?
