So far my experience with Huawei has not been stellar.
My credit card co. declined their charge thinking it was fraud (comes up as "telecomm equipment" which probably triggers the credit card)
I cleared it with my credit card co, but now somehow Huawei lists ME as fraudulent and wont let me order the phone. Of course, since the thing is going in and out of stock so quickly, time is fairly important but they best they can do is "research the issue and give an update in 24-48 hours". Live chat was even LESS useful than phone call, they were pretty convinced it was because I was ordering from a business site (i.e. multiple users going out over same IP) even though I tried from home, work and my current phone as well.
They are making it awfully hard to part with $500+ of my money! But Im sticking with them (if possible) because of no tax.
