Huawei p10 wont show emojis

I have a brand new p10,and when i recieve messages that includes emojis the emojis dont shove, there is just a lot of strange signs. Any idea on how to fix this?

Emoji do work on a P10, so it sound like whatever app you are using fails to show them or it could be that whoever is sending you these messages gets their message corrupted so your phone can't read the emoji.

Try another app and see if it works there.

i don't use any msm app, i use the default sms
