huawei p8 lite Problem

[Android Central Question]

so today I got my Huawei p8 lite dirty I then proceeded to clean it with baby wipes ,after this the screen started to flicker and the phone was on but the screen was black ,I could receive phone calls texts etc but could not see anything on the blank screen ,I decided to take the back cover off and since I done that the phone is non responsive at all no blinking lights no light when charging cant hard reset etc I hope ive been descriptive as possible and hope this will help someone diagnose my problem

It sounds like display failure or perhaps just a loose connection.
