Huawei P8 Mate cannot store word files anymore

I have a Huawei P8 mate. earlier it was no problem storing for instans word files on my phone or SD-card. But I cannot do it now. -And there is a lot of storingspace, so that´s not the problem. I suspect HiSuite for making the problems, but I really don´t know and how to fix it. I think I´m nearly an IT_neanderthal ;-) BTW

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify -- do you have a Huawei P8, or a Huawei Mate 8? They're not the same phone.

By "word files," are you talking about Microsoft Word documents using the Microsoft Word app? If you're getting an error message, what exactly does it say?
