Hi, I'm having some trouble with my mother's Huawei p9. When using Facebook just scrolling through the menu, it will randomly close. No error message pops up or anything.
I've tried uninstalling Facebook and reinstalling, clearing the phones cache partition, uninstalling any apps that have been updated in the past week (roughly within the timeframe of this problem starting) with no success. But because there's no error messages I've no idea where to go from there. I would prefer not to go down the factory reset option if anyone has any suggestions.
