Huawei P9 Lite- slowspeed

I set to view the speed I am getting on the phone... I am subscribe to 10mbps but I was only getting an ave of 300kbps (showed above the phone). I ignored it since I was getting 10mbps on the online speedtest. After I upgrade to VNS...170, The speed gets worse where I only get an ave of 1kbps or sometimes lost the connection at all... Why cant I get the same speed showing on the online speedtest, 10mbps?

Hi B. Diddy.. Anyway I am using wifi and the upgrade Im referring to is
VNS-L31C636B170... I am getting 10mbps o speedtest.net and that's the exact speed of my subscrption.

Is that upgrade for the phone's system firmware or the router's firmware?

First, try rebooting the router by unplugging its power for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in again.
