Huawei P9 Plus MMS Not Working

Hello:

I just bought a Huawei P9 Plus with T-Mobile service in US. However, I can't make MMS work no matter how I change the settings for APN (Access Point Names).

Anybody can help?

Another issue might be related but I am not sure. When sending text to recipients I have to add "1" to the front of the phone number. For example, instead of using 8885482934 I have to use 18885482934 instead. Otherwise I get "Invalid recipient" error.

But making phone calls without 1 in the front works fine.

Mms are network enabled. Call the carrier and ask them to enable your mms service...
