Huawei Watch not updating

Hi!

I recently got a Huawei watch and would like to get the new update to try out the speaker function. However, every time I go into settings and check for an update, it says downloading but the progress bar/circle does not move. Later it says that there was an error downloading the update...any ideas for how to get the watch to update?

Is it connected successfully to your wi-fi? Or is it connected to your phone, which has a good web connection itself?
