Huawei Watch with Note 4

I've got the Note 4, and Huawei watch paired together. It is my first Android Wear device, my other is the Tizen driven Samsung Gear S, which I love! Just wanted to see how the other side lives!

All functions are working, notifications, Google Voice, mail, Gmail, Google Cards, SMS, navigation, WiFi, Amazon app, etc.

My question is regarding Bluetooth. With the bluetooth settings open, the Note 4 shows paired, greyed out. When I click on it, it does NOT go to connected.

I have the Android Wear app installed on the Note 4, and it shows that it is connected to the Huawei.

Huawei, Best Buy, and Amazon all suggested that I return it for a new unit, which I did, and still have the same problem. Phone and both watches were factory reset multiple times.

Is this an issue? Should I just leave well enough alone?

What say all of you?

I've got a Note 4 also with the Huawei, and I see the same thing in bluetooth settings. Everything works fine for me also. I'd guess it's normal.

Where are you seeing greyed out? On your phone Bluetooth settings or on your watch? (I also have a Note4 and Huawei watch. Just got the watch yesterday.)

Everything but the watch tries to connect. The watch just comes back to paired and does nothing.

Everything works but Bluetooth?

Why are you saying everything works but bluetooth? Bluetooth is how the watch connects to the phone. None of that other stuff is working without a bluetooth connection.

I was confused by the fact that everything else says connected when it's being used. The watch doesn't do that. Everything does work though. The watch even spoke to me while delivering a message!
