Huewai Phone Clone App still contains data after use

My partners Mate 20 Pro Phone Clone app still contains data after the transfer was completed, it looks complete, nothing missing, can I safely delete the 19.1 gig of data without affecting the existing dataa on the phone ie does it use the same data base for the data .
