Update: Google Cloud Manager seems to be the culprit. I had not unchecked all of the account sync options except calendar, the only one I use. It seems that just taking a picture with the camera would start data going back and forth with Google and draining the battery until the process is killed. About once a day Google Play, Opera, and Maps will start on their own and start draining the battery, so these apps need to be monitored.
Now I can unplug my phone from the charger Monday morning and still have 30% or more battery after work on Friday.
