We don't really know.

If not, there's nothing really mind-blowing in the new Sense, anyway. It has some nice features, but the current Sense is still great.

And on the subject of Rooting, if you want to try the new sense, Flash a Desire Z ROM for a few days. Porting the new Sense to the Dinc is a little too buggy for it to be a daily ROM, but it's nice to try out (I used Warm Z twopointtwo for about a week and enjoyed it - it was just slightly too unstable and too much of a battery drain).
