Husband can't call me he isn't blocked

[Android Central Question]

My husband can't call me, both of us have the same network and he's using Samsung galaxy s7 while I'm using Huawei honor phone, he's not blocked either I can call him and text him and he can text me but can't call me. I've tried everything in the book someone help

Hi there. Thanks for giving us some information. Ask your husband to go to settings-apps and find "phone'. He needs to clear the cache.

If he still cannot call we need him to try and call you from safe mode.

The process for turning on Safe mode is as follows:

Press and hold the Power button.

Tap and hold Power off.

When the Reboot to safe modeprompt appears, tap again or tap OK.

Your device will then restart and it will say “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner.

If it can work in safe mode it is likely a third party app causing an issue.

You can also put your phone into safe mode and ask him to call you and see if he can reach you then.

You can also try to reset network settings. On the Samsung you go to settings, general management and reset network settings. I am not sure where it is based in the honor. But when you go into settings you could search for it.

This will not delete your data. It will reset your WiFi and other network settings for you to try again.

Also if above don't work , try deleting him as a contact and adding again .
