I accidentally erased my messaging app on my zte tracphone, how do I fix it?

I was messing around on my settings and I accidentally disabled clock, calendar, and messaging. I went back into my settings and where I clicked disable the first time, and there was no enable button. I need messaging to talk to my family, how can I fix this?????

Simply opening and using the apps may re-enable them....have you tried that?
