I accidentally wiped my internal storage along with the Davlik, Cache, etc. now my phone has no OS to boot into. Is there any way I can boot or boot into recovery mode? with a computer or not, any options please

Welcome to the forum. You had to be rooted in order to delete the Davlik and internal storage. Without having any details of your phone, this would be the generic process:

Reflash ROM or downgrade upgrade:

ok. So I tried flashing and downgrading, my device isn't even turning off. Using the power button, I think my best shot at it is allowing the battery run dead
