I accidently deleted my OS and now stuck at Android Powered black screen on OnePlus3

I wiped it all from System Recovery and now i can't get past that screen tried something with adb sideload but it just didn't load OS back so any help from some please? I just want my OnePlus3 back to working

Try adb sideload.
First you have to go into fastboot mode on your device then, Download the oneplus oxygen os from oneplus site.. Then goto to adb shell ( press shift key while right click in the folder) in the folder where you kept the os file. Then type "fastboot flash filename.zip".
