i am bootloader locked out of everything even win 10 keeps saying no emu help please

[Android Central Question]

i am bootloader locked out of everything but the 2 menus the bootloader menu and the recovery menu and no matter what i do i get the google pops up once and black and pops again and then the device is corrupt in red then bootlooping. I doesnt want to hook to the computer because of the emu is not detected so no devices show up and no unlock the bootloader and the twrp will not recognize or transfer because of no emulator found and usb doesnt recognize win 10 usb android at all for that and other reasons im sure it doesnt see it and if it does it will not communicate because of the emu. And the bootlooping and bricked happened back in 2015 when google killed half the phones and tablets on earth and still i havent figured it out. this thing was bought months before and my girlfriend at the time was still paying for it though rogers wireless and literally just got it that summer and by winter or late fall dead. please help it is brand new in the box still and she gave up on it and i never give up on anything please i will use it.

So many words, not making sense that I gave up. No information about what phone you are talking about. Please join the site repost and explain properly. For example " i get the google pops up once and black and pops again and then the device is corrupt in red then bootlooping" It may makes sense to you as you have the device but I reallyhave no idea what you mean.

1. Claiming Google "killed half the phones and tablets on earth" is being more than a little over dramatic, as no such thing happened.

2. I admire your dedication, but why keep trying? Any phone from 2015 is now so out of date that it's completely obsolete. Time to move on, cut your losses, and get something current.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the phone's hardware failed. That'd be Huawei's fault, not Google's.

This doesn't seem to be issue with google or Huawei , looks like user error like trying to do something with trwp and didn't have success.
