I am having blue liquid on my smartphone and some crack. How it will be solved?

Probably a bad screen or intermittent screen connector. Could be motherboard too. Take it into a repair shop for evaluation, or if it's new, try to get it exchanged.

Sounds like you've cracked the screen... Which is a problem as the hardware is damaged.

So its a case of working out if you can get hold of the part and replace it, pay a repair shop to do it, or is the money better spent on a new phone
