i am rooted... Now what?

I am a noob to android. I just used the tool to root my phone. Got it to work! I am not at loss to know what to do next. I read things about nanoid backup and Titanium Pro but I am not sure what that is. Can someone help me or point me to the right resource? Eventually I want to be able to install a custom room that may give me better mutitasking.
