I am running with a video, max volume, wifi/bluetooth on, gps on, flashlight on.

Looks like about 4-5 hours 'til shutdown. I bought Pixel 3a used and I am trying to see how much life is left in the battery.

Does hours with all this going seems about right ?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't have one, but 5 hours of screen on time under those circumstances sounds about right.

You can also try the Accubattery app, which has a battery health feature.
