I am seeing vertical white lines on my LG G2 after having the screen replaced, could the repair shop not have fixed it properly?

Vertical white lines on LG G2 after screen replaceent

Replaced the screen on my LG G2 a few days ago because it had cracked when it fell. I now get these very strange vertical white lines from time to time which makes the image very blurry and hard to read. What is really strange about it is that it happens sometimes and then disappears after a while. For example, today I had the problem and when I plugged into the charger it disappeared and all was fine. only for it to come again later in the day. IMG_0006.JPG

Could these be a loose cable that the repair shop didn't fasten properly or is it more likely that they put in a bad screen?

Welcome to Android Central! Whatever the case, the repair shop didn't do the greatest job. Bring the phone back to them and ask them to fix it--and it should be at no extra charge. I would bring it back as soon as possible so they don't make excuses and say that you might have done something to the phone during the short period you've had it back. If the screen looks ok when you bring it back, make sure to show them that photo.

Thanks, will go back to them asap and give them a telling off, wasn't a cheap repair!
