Android Central Question

1. I bought it last April 26,2019. The white vertical lines appeared 10 days later while I was using the messenger app.
2. I did not drop or wet the phone with any form of liquid.
3. I use it mainly for facebook,messenger,call and text. Occasional you tube and mobile legend.

Welcome to Android Central! Do they show up in a screenshot? Do the lines go away after a reboot, or in Safe Mode? If not, then it's probably a hardware fault with the screen. Return the phone, or ask for an exchange.

@B. Diddy

The lines don't show up in a screenshot, it did not go away after a reboot or safe mode either. The problem right now is the store's cooperation. I went there 2 times this morning, but the manager is nowhere to be found. They only do exchange of product within a 7 day time frame.It's the 10th day now. I really want to send this right away to the service center , im pretty sure they would know the cause ,the salesclerk there thinks i might have dropped this or something, even if i did not... :(

Are you in the USA? Did you purchase with a credit card?

@B.Diddy & @methodman89
Im in the Philippines, Ormoc Leyte to be exact the nearest vivo service center is at Tacloban City, my phone was sent there...I bought it on cash by the way...I was very disappointed this morning since the salesclerk told me that the vivo service center in Tacloban told them that my vivo phone warranty is void because apparently the warranty sticker on the screw has been tampered. I wondered how it happened I brought the phone at the store and they sent it rightaway to the service center(i even paid for the shipping fee). I did not do any tampering of any sort because i know the warranty would become void ( i read the manual and the warranty card before i used the phone). It's the 14th day now since I purchased the phone. I hope I'm wrong but, I think they might have done something to my phone to void its warranty and extort money from me or make me pay additional expenses for "fixing" my phone because it won't be covered with the warranty anymore. :(

I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know what else you can do besides dealing directly with the store that sold you the phone.:-\
