since i have used both roms, Imo, i think it matters down to which interface you prefer more: touchwiz or aosp. If you use any of the touchwiz features (like smart stay, palm swipe to take a screenshot, etc.) then go with goodness. If not, go with jellybam. However, I noticed AOSP roms tend to have more bugs.
