stuck on reboot screen and cant access recovery

i updated my nexus 5 just now and when it finished everything. it rebooted again ... then again ... stayed like this until i shut it down and started searching for the problem. they said to clear the cache ... so i did that but then it got stock and reboot and now i cant access recovery it shows me a dead android with red exclamation mark
