I am trying to move photos received as MMS via text to my computer

Please explain how to move MMS photos received via text on Samsung Galaxy S3 to my computer

First, save the photos by long pressing on them and selecting save. Then, move them into a separate folder in your phone with a file manager like ES File Explorer. Then you can either upload them to the cloud (easiest way) and download them onto your pc, or transfer them via USB.
