I am using Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 Android 8.0 right now. I have tried all the different ways or steps to enable RCS chat on my Google Messages App but still unable to enable it. Please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible.

I had used Activity Launcher App and had applied ACS Url and OTP Pattern as told by the blogger on Android Central via set up RCS flags.

See this thread on it. Evidently, depending on your carrier or network, you can't. (My Pixel 2 won't, on a TMobile MVNO, but TMobile supports it.)

This is correct , also have you made sure message app is in beta and updated?
Yes, I am a Beta Tester for Google Messages App and I had updated it before trying to enable RCS chat on it. But I am still unable to enable it.

Carrier services app installed? Shouldn't matters but force stop that and message app try activity launcher and apple then message app again

Do you have any idea about the availability of RCS chat features for Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 device? On my Google Messages App, it is stated that your device does not support RCS chat features yet.

If your not in the US probably wont work , if you followed the steps it should .
