I am unable to find the captiveportallogin app even when showing system apps.

I'm trying to clear the cache. I keep getting captiveportallogin keeps stopping message.

Go to settings >apps>should be 3 dots upper right corner tap.then default apps choose Firefox

Same thing, either I get that same box or the captive portal screen doesn't appear at all.

Thanks, more than likely it's an issue with the wifi setup I just wish I could access the app on my phone. I've got them contacting their tech support as well.

I'd actually suspect the phone rather than the wi-fi network, because it doesn't make sense for the system to report that the CaptivePortalLogin app is having a problem but not showing it in the system app list.

Try wiping the cache partition, if you haven't already: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/wiko/wiko-ride-2/wipe-cache/

It took me wàtching a few tutorials but I finally got into recovery mode and wiped the cache partition then selected reboot. No changes though.

Strange. Do you know anyone else with a Wiko phone? I'd be curious to know if CaptivePortalLogin is blocked from showing up in all Wiko phones, or if it's just something screwy with your phone.

Actually I take that back. I got it to work it just took some jumping around with the mobile data but the portal showed up. Nothing changed as far as the app showing though. Thank you guys!
