I have Ben using my galaxy A7 for a while now and I would like to upgrade my software to Oreo and whenever I try to check the software update it says process failed, is oreo software still lunching or what its has launched in Vietnam I know that and that's the only place that it did what about the other countries

You won't receive the update until Samsung releases it for your specific model (and if you purchased it from your mobile carrier, you may have to wait for them to release it after they've received it from Samsung).
