i bought a phone it has a pin lock code how to unlock

i bought a yard sale phone kids played with it and now they locked the screen but dont know how they did it

Hard reset with button combination.
(If it is not android OS it will not work with button combination )

Turn the phone off first.

Hold down the Power*button*and tap Volume Up.

You'll see the*Androidsystem recovery menu appear at the top of your screen.

Select wipe data / factory*reset*with the volume keys and tap the Power*button*to activate it.

Select Yes – erase all user data with the volume*buttons*and tap Power.
