bought a T-Mobile chip; and it's registered as a T-Mobile now.... worked great, no problems. However, today an update showed up for my android ~ of course thru Verizon. Being android "unlearned" I did the update. Now my phone is at the begining all over again, all my pics, downloads and apps are gone. I removed my chip before the update. I will guess the chip is fine, but now my phone is HUNG UP on the little green man and will not respond. Now what does this kinder-care android user do ? HELP !!!!:'(

assuming that you are the original owner, contact Samsung, they should replace it, or if you have Verizon service on another line, switch it to that line and have verizon replace it.
