I broke cwr

I inadvertantly deleted the CWR folder and its contents. While the tab works great as is, runnung vegan, as far as I can tell, I would never be able to flash another rom if things are left as they are. The system boots into recovery clr but is unable to install any updates. I saw the full recovery sticky SDA but am hoping there's an easier way. is restoring deleted files possible? or bypassing cwr in recovery mode? much thanks in advance for any advice.

Disreguard question. I returned this and went back to the nook. The smaller size and weight of it suits me better. Also those buttons on the rim of the VS screen were a constant source of frustration to me.
