I can find an app on my Galaxy S3 phone, but not on my Galaxy 3 tablet?!?!?!

Looking for an ip camera app called P2PIPC. My S3 phone finds it in the google play store but my Galaxy 3 Tablet doesnt find it in the Google play store. Why would this be?
