I can hear callers great they can not hear me

Everyone says that they cannot hear me when I call or when they call me my Google Assistant here's me fine so I

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Can they hear you if you use a wired or Bluetooth headset, or if you turn on speakerphone? If so, then your primary phone mic at the bottom of the phone is blocked or faulty. Make sure the opening isn't clogged by lint, or blocked by a poorly fitting case. If it's clear and not obstructed, then the mic is probably faulty.

Speakerphone and Google Assistant (and voice recording and video voice recording) all use a different mic - usually up near the top of the front of the phone.
