I was always able to make call with my Pixel 3 to North American phones but recently it has stopped working.
I am still able to make the calls using my laptop but no luck on the phone. I made sure I had a stable wifi connection and tried calling numbers I was previously able to call.
I have tried clearing data and cache on Hangouts and tried different wifi locations but nothing works.
The only thing I've changed recently is my sim card for a British phone but this should not have any effect on Hangouts calls which only use internet to make calls.
