I can no longer open Twitter.com/anyuser in the Chrome browser any more.

[Android Central Question]

Since I bought my Pixel 2 in December of 2017 I have been able to access twitter threads using the Chrome browser. I prefer not to have a twitter account so I don't have the app but was previously able to access any thread through the Chrome browser. My wife could also do this with her Pixel 2 and now Pixel 4a. Lately, however. when entering the url for any twitter account I get this message: Something went wrong. Try again.

Any suggestions on how to remedy to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central.

I'm still able to view Tweets using the Chrome browser in addition to the Twitter app, but I have a Twitter account. Perhaps someone else who does not have a Twitter account will be able to test for you.

Try clear cache and force stop chrome, do you have issues on other browsers?
