Did you come from another carrier? if so, wait about a day when I came over from Sprint to T-Mobile it took over
night before I could receive calls and text. I could only call out and send text for the time being.

I had the same exact problem on T-Mobile, go return the phone for a new one. It's a hardware issue. I could send texts but receiving wasn't happening. Also I got a network error when setting up visual voice mail. Take it back and get a new one ASAP.

I have posted a problem like this elsewhere. It seems to be a conflict between 4g and the wifi. Turn 4g off and the phone works
