I can' update my play services

I tried to update my Google play store but failed and advised to use SKT USIM card. How can I do it.

Welcome to Android Central! This was asked a lot several years ago. It has to do with your phone being an older phone that's locked to South Korean Telecom (SKT), which apparently requires an SKT SIM card to be inserted in order for a lot of things to work properly.
