I can't answer my new phone?

I have a new LG G5 phone and I cannot answer incoming calls.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the issue? Is the screen not responding? Are you sure you're swiping the Answer button to the right? It doesn't answer if you only touch the button.

Bummer! I had this problem too before so I had to ask a friend who bought a G5 before me. Turns out the answer was simple. Maybe try checkong whether talk back feature is turned on for your phone. Go to Settings then choose Accessibility. Lastly, set the switch to off. Hope this helps!

This happens to me when I take my finger off too quikcly. Try swiping the answer call button slowly.
