I can't connect to an 866 number

Android Central Question

I just upgraded to a galaxy note 8 and cannot connect to an 866 phone number. When dialed it just drops immediately.

Welcome to Android Central! Do other 866 numbers work normally? Are you certain that 866 number is valid? Can you dial it on other phones?
