I can't delete a text message on my huawei y6 2018

[Android Central Question]

I've done a factory reset twice and it works, the message deleted but it will retrieve about for more than 1week. And the situation will happened again. I do the same action like force stopping the app and clearing cache and data restarting my device, but nothing happened the message was still there. Help me please. Thank you.
