I can't download Signal Private Messenger on my Huawei P20?

Iv'e followed the general guides from Google play store:
- My Android software is updated (Version 10)
- My storage has lots of space left
- Iv'e tried to clear the "Google play store" cache and data, and restarted the phone.
- The Anti-virus software BitDefender which im using doesn't seem to interfiere

Notification from Google play app: "Can't install Signal Private Messenger"

Iv'e even tried the apk file(and enabled apk download) using a direct download from Signal's homepage. But I get the same answer everytime.

Notification from phone: "App not installed".

Why isn't this working?

Other apps seem to have no trouble installing. Anyone knows whats going on?

I have the Google apps features installed. GServices, GAppStore etc. Since I'm not working with development could specify what you mean with your reply?
