Can u fix the app that I disabled to be able to save contacts and send text messages

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and select Contacts. Is there a button there that says Enable? If so, tap that. Otherwise, tap Permissions and make sure permissions for Contacts and Storage are turned on.
